Registration Information

Registration for the season is completed online, the specific steps on how to register are linked below.
1. Please note that your student must have a valid physical (they are good for 3 years) on file in order to register. If you need to turn in a new physical please email it to Molly.Gamble@ahschools.us
2. Once the season has begun the Blaine Girls' Tennis Team Expectations form will need to be completed by each Player AND a Parent/Guardian for each player. Also, if for some reason you are not able to register online you will need to complete the Emergency Information form.
