Adapted Floor Hockey

Coaches 

Specifics for eligibility:

All students in grades 7-12 who meet the requirements below are eligible for Adapted Athletics.

CI Team: Students with cognitive impairments, including full-scale IQ of 70 or less on the most recent evaluation. Students receiving DCD services are also eligible to participate.

PI Team: Students with a physical impairment (physical impairment that affects motor or gait patterns, neuromuscular, postural/skeletal, traumatic brain injury, growth, or requires the use of prosthesis or wheelchair) are eligible to play. Cardio/respiratory impairments that limit the intensity and duration of physical activity. A doctor’s signature is required on page four of the MSHSL physical exam form addendum.
